Speaking of long pitches – I’ve always felt that I would improve at climbing if I had a little more cardiovascular endurance, but I’ve always avoided running. This year is the year though. My #CleanStartPledge is to run at least 5 miles and do at least 1 session of wind sprints per week for all of 2017.
